Tender with a nice broccoli flavor. Broccoli microgreens are revered in the health food community for their nutritional benefits.
Microgreens are essentially shoots which are harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed, usually with the first set of true leaves.
Microgreens are harvested fresh to order and sold in 4oz bags.
